PRIVACY NOTICE – CALIFORNIA
This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (“California Privacy Notice”) supplements the information contained in the general Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) of Arkadium, Inc. (“Arkadium”) and its subsidiaries and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”), in connection with information collected by Arkadium through our arena gaming platform (the “Service“), Arkadium games or mobile apps that you download, and the various sites on which such Services are provided, whether located on a wholly-owned website or on a third-party publisher site (the “Sites”). We adopt this supplemental notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following categories of personal information that may identify, relate to, describe, reference, be capable of being associated with, or reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“personal information”). Specifically, we have collected the following categories of personal information from some consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose your personal information to a partner, service provider or third-party for a business purpose, as described further in our Privacy Policy. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to keep that personal information confidential and secure, and not use it for any purpose except to perform its obligations under the contract.

As described in our Privacy Policy, when allowed by you, we may use and share your personal information with service providers and partners for services that they provide to us. Some partners may also use this information for their own purposes. The transfer of your information to such partners may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA, and in the last twelve (12) months we may have sold information for some consumers under the CCPA’s definition of “sale.” Information on how you can opt out of sharing your information with these partners for purposes beyond services they provide us is provided below.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
The CCPA provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights
You have the right to request that we disclose to you (i) the categories of personal information we collected about you and the categories of sources from which we collected such information; (ii) the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting personal information about you; and (iv) the categories of personal information about you that we shared or disclosed and the categories of third parties with whom we shared or to whom we disclosed such information in the last 12 months.
Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you the information referenced in this subsection.
Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to the email address associated with that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or to an email address that you provide us, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
